    Sandstorm Team, now with EV's

    RE: Noob needs help with sandstorm team. Honestly, that Garchomp is going to take a beating at that amount of speed, especially since I believe it maxes at 333 or so. I'd work on getting better stats like that also, as those are just as important as movesets.
