RE: Moves Pokémon should have but don't. I was going to say that Zubat and Golbat should get Fly, since almost every other thing with wings (or without wings, in Golurk's case) gets it. Apparently they do learn Fly in Gen IV and V, though.

I know this question has more to do with Gen IV than V, but I figured it has enough to do with the topic that I could ask it here. If I were to use an AR to get the Enigma Stone in HG, then I caught Latios, the Latios would be legit and allowed at tournaments, correct?

Akamu, I don't have DW Dratini, but I can trade the Shiny Dratini. I'm ready whenever.

Would you care for any of the shinies I listed earlier? I checked IVs and the Vulpix is nearly flawless (30/27/31/31/31/30), if you would care for that. The Dratini also has pretty high IVs (3/31/31/28/31/16).
