    Alt. Format Future: Ho-Oh EX

Volcarona is also a decent idea, but does mean that you start setting up Ho'oh on turn 3. And you don't know an idea is clunky until you try it...at the moment we're just throwing around ideas anyway.

Standard Dugtrio / Eeveelutions (For Cities)

I don't intend to use 2 Brigettes, but it would be good to have 1 if I need it. Maybe I'll cut 1. I've cut a VS Seeker for a Shauna anyway, and a Flareon for Vaporeon. Any thoughts on the backup attacker? I don't WANT to use Hawlucha particularly...maybe a promo Jirachi and something else?

Standard Dugtrio / Eeveelutions (For Cities)

Vaporeon is tempting. I'm trying to tune the deck to what I might expect (Yveltal, Manectric, Night March) so vs Houndoom, Vaporeon would be a good choice. I may also find room for a Shauna - I don't like Birch. It's just finding the space...

    Discussion Counters to Giratina EX

Pretty much everything people have already said, plus Silent Lab if you can get it down before Giratina starts using Chaos Wheel.

Standard Gyarados AOR / Shedinja: Struggling for Consistency

I would suggest trying both Flareon or Milotic (PRC) as support Pokemon in this deck. Flareon lets you use Blacksmith to power up a Gyarados in one turn and circumvent (as well as OHKO) Aegislash-EX. Milotic lets you get any card you want from the discard when you play it from your hand, which...

    Alt. Format Future: Ho-Oh EX

Parasect is a good choice, but you may also consider a 3-3-3 line of Togekiss (ROS) or maybe a couple of Smeargles from Breakthrough. Smeargle also lets you get the boost from the Fire energy to help Ho'oh heal, and then swap it out for an energy to attack.

    Discussion Octillery VS Slurpuff

Depends on the deck. Decks where you need to maintain cards in your hand like Toad/Tina or Vileplume benefit more from Slurpuff because you don't need/want to play to below 5. Mostly though, I rate Octillery higher overall.

Japan's XY10 Set: 'Awakening of Psychic Kings,' Alakazam!

Might be difficult to get into the situation where you can land the knockout, but wow. 4 prizes!

TCG Fakes Jabberwock's Image Fakes: Plasma Garchomp!

Nice Pyroar! Really cool and unique attack too.

Discussion Tricky Triangle: Yveltal VS Tyrantrum VS Regice

How does the Regice deck do against item lock? Seems like Vileplume would be pretty devastating. Bronzong/Dragons also has various ways to get around Regice, including the new Jirachi, which I think should be included in the decklist. Tyrantrum can also smash through Regice, but it's a big cost...

Discussion Tierno VS Professor Birch's Observations

I can see Tierno having some usage in a Stage 2 deck, where you have either the Stage 2 or Rare Candy in your hand and need to add the other in order to evolve. But even then, running Skyla would probably be better.

    Discussion Ancient Trait Gyarados

With Bats in the format the deck's not competitive, but it's a fun League deck. I used to run it with Flareon and Jolteon for weakness (and for Blacksmith), with Vespiquen as a backup. You can also run 4-4 with a 3-3 line of Milotic for getting DCEs out of the discard.

Discussion Meta Changing Cards: Rage of the Torn Heavens

Forgot about Burst Balloon. This card will definitely be good with Toad, may even be a Jirachi counter because it would put 6 damage counters on the Jirachi after hit, knocking it out instantly and negating Stardust's secondary effect.

Discussion Is ToadTina viable in Standard?

If you're facing Night March and Vespiquen decks (I assume that's what you mean by Compressor decks), this deck should do just fine. Quaking Punch 2HKOs most things in Night March, and if you unleash Giratina on a field that has no Special Energy, the game's pretty much over from my experience...

Standard ToadTina (Seismitoad EX / Giratina EX)

I'd replace a Giratina with another Toad. You want turn 1 Quaking Punch as often as possible to slow down the opponent.

Discussion Meta Changing Cards: Rage of the Torn Heavens

If you ran Startling Megaphone, Espeon makes a decent stall vs Mega decks. Just get rid of the Spirit Links then devolve. Not amazing though. As for meta-defining, Garbodor is the one that mainly stands out, as it means everyone will have to play Megaphone/Xerosic. Mega Scizor is also one of...

    Discussion Max Elixir Tactics

Will be a nice little boost to types with no decent acceleration, like Fighting and Psychic. Really I think this will make Togekiss-engine decks a bit more consistent, upping the chance that you draw into energies to attach outside of your normal attachment per turn. You could pair it with...
