Well well it has quite the damage dealer for an attack. Chances are for Standard we won't have either of the good Pyroars to BREAK from so I really want to see if the new one does. Break REALLY wants Intimating Mane or Flare Command and I don't think the new one for this set has an ability.

Yes while it is a Fire Pokemon from Flareon's Ability it could recycle the Burning Energy for it's attack. Not sure on it being piratical but it is possible.
