There's also Dedenne, Kangaskhan, and the new Skarmory. All of them have CFF which helps fill up the bench. They also have decent secondary attacks. They are technically bench sitters even if they don't have any abilities, but they also get other bench sitters (like mr Mime) out.

Yeah, I was ready to write that Dragonite off as complete filler until I saw that it had that cool ancient trait. It could also be good with Milotic FF as you'll still have the prize lead.

I'm more optimistic about this card. Unlike Lugia EX (which requires Plasma Energy to even attack), this doesn't require a deck built around it. Any time there's Pokemon with 30 HP or less, you can slap a DCE on this and take an extra prize. That alone can be pretty scary.

I think the bigger issue for Plasma is only having four multitype energy (four rainbow). This puts a lot of limits on what can be played together.

Yeah, N is just too good. The only decks that I could see not running 4 N (outside of some weird hand disruption/mill deck) is Mega Gardevoir, as that doesn't let opponents take prizes as easily, but even there, I wouldn't run any less than 3. That said, I don't think PBO is a bad choice if...
