I could see that working; I am a huge fan of Victini (hence my picture thingy). He's a cool Pokemon that had a good card. I'm not too sure about the Victory Piece in here though. I'm intrigued with how Victini works for you; I'd assume you could get away with manual attaching. I feel like you could make this deck more consistent if you didn't run the Victini. Once you get your first Deafen off, they'll have a tough time getting back from it.

Why is the random Reciever needed? I fail to see the helpfulness of it over say, another N. Consider Jirachi EX instead of the random receiver. Having an extra supporter is much better than getting a random one out of your deck, especially here.

Interesting deck you have here, but I can't imagine it setting up very quickly at all. You don't have all that many draw supporters and that may hurt a deck like this. Consider adding some N or something. I'd probably take out the float stone, because you have fairy garden.

Maybe just use Dusknoir and Reuniclus. No muscle band, no Virbank, no lasers, add Virizion. You can just tank with Reuniclus, lock them with M-Venusaur and then just use Dusknoir to move damage everywhere, so you won't need all the extra damage from muscle band and stuff. It'd take a lot to set...

Muscle band is nice. 70 (Emerald slash) +120 (Megalo Cannon) = 190 so it knocks out some stuff and hits good numbers without relying on the 20 snipe.
