There's no ultimate deck, without any weakness nor bad matchup. This one is pretty strong, and deserves some interest. We won't see it everywhere like Night March or Trevenant, and that's really great ! With a nice list, this deck has some potential for sure :)

If speed is the problem against M-Mewtwo EX, perhaps Klefki (from Steam Siege) could be the solution. It will give you the needed protection during one turn, and Xerneas will OHKO M-Mewtwo next turn ! :)

I have played a similar deck last sunday for the Regional, and I have lost only one round : against the only Night March I have faced. Jolteon EX is way too slow to prevent Night March from anything. Jolteon can't use Flash Ray the turn it comes into play, and that makes all the difference...

I ma also playing this deck for a few months, and the "blue" variant is very solid (even if I am more confident in the Electric variant, but it is not the subject here). Manaphy EX, Seismitoad EX and a 2-2 Milotic line are great additions to M-Ray. I also recommend to play 4 copies of Battle...

11 basic Pokémon doesn't seem to be enough in this deck. I wouldn't go under 14. If you really want to speed up the deck, 4 copies of Rayquaza EX may be usefull to be sure to have at least one on turn 1. You could cut 1 M-Rayquaza EX for it. 2 copies may be enough :) Wouldn't a Milotic line...

Have you tried Gengar EX or Wobbuffet in this deck ? Both of them can help you to deal with a lot of situations :) If your main issue is dealing enough damage, wouldn't a Crobat line be able to finish the job properly ?
