I may have not been clear enough, this isn't my frist competitive deck. It is a combo of what was my first competitive deck with vespiquen. I do think dropping raichu for zoroark is a good idea.

I would really like to do most of these improvements, but sadly i don't own most of them. I can probably buy them at my town's nerd store. The ones i do have though are the Flareon and the rescue stretcher. Thank you! I will try what I can.

I play Volcanion also, and lose a lot too. But don't think of your losses as failing, think of them as experience. Losing, for me, is what makes me a better player.
