I decided to combine my first shot at a competitive deck with the amazing Vespiquen. Also a star means the deck will not work without it.
Pokemon: 30
4 Combee*
3 Vespiquen*
4 Pikachu (Nuzzle)*
3 Raichu*
2 Alolan Vulpix
4 Unown
3 Zubat (Generations)
2 Golbat (Generations)
2 Oranguru
1 Eevee (Guardians Rising)
1 Vaporeon (Ancient Origins)
1 Tapu Koko
Trainers: 26
3 Professor Sycamore*
3 Shauna (I don't own any N's )*
2 Lysandre*
4 Ultra Ball*
2 Special Charge*
2 VS Seeker*
4 Choice Band
2 Float Stone
3 Sky Field*
1 Parallel City
Energy: 4
4 Double Colorless Energy*
So, you want to start with either Alolan Vulpix or Pikachu. You want to get the circle circuit going by putting out Sky Field and then playing Unowns, Pikachus, Zubats, and one Oranguru. Bench full? Good. Now hit them hard! After that though, their powered up pokemon smashes your Raichu. Since it takes so long to set up, your opponent can set up and ko your Raichus. This looks like a bad spot, but that is where Vespiquen comes in. You flip your whole stratagy around and use all your farewell letters and switch from sky field to parallel city to get rid of FIVE pokemon. Put that on top of your opponent's KO's and you will have at LEAST 100 damage with bee revenge. Not enough? Thats fine. Discard even more pokemon with ultra balls and Junipers.
I would really love some feedback, so comment your thoughts.
