    Hmm...I'm jsut gonna list my choices cuase I have like 12 I reall want to see. My Choices: Weavile LV.X, Honchcrow LV.X, Creslia LV.X, Leafon LV.X, Glacieon LV.X, and maybe Bibarel LV.X If they had Stantler LV.X, no one would stop it.

    Yes, you can becuase the Stage1 evolves from the Fossil. So you can candy a Stage 2 from a fossil, as well as a Stage 1.
