I know nothing about the matchups with this deck but in my opinion the best decks to invest in right now that are good in both standard and expanded is Volcanion. Unfortunately I do not play Volc and do not know the matchup very well but if you wan't a competitive deck for your friend Volcanion...

I do not understand how alolan ninetales comes into budgetfree budgetfree is good as its own deck it does not need ninetales in it.

Okay I just thought of this a really hard counter to the new Solgaleo-GX deck that everybody is hyping up. You just run Drampa Zoroark with Zoroark Break and copy old Solgaleo's attack for flat up 250 and only discarding 1 energy! You can also do similar things with Zzoroark-GX's GX attack...

Zoroark break is very interesting! But so far for lick it has not gone to well I have more of a 50-50 W-L but that's not that bad.

That's a really good point but that's what IRL testing and Leagues are for!
