Expanded Garbodor/Trevenant/Drampa GX(I wanted to show off my Rainbow Rare)

Thanks for explaining. I personally have no experience using or dealing with Garbotoxin.

Standard Toxapex / Seviper Poison Box Ideas - POST BUS

Skull grunt is more useful when you can guarantee it's in your hand first turn. Otherwise you're better using Flare Grunt or Plumera to disrupt.

Standard Toxapex / Seviper Poison Box Ideas - POST BUS

I would still argue that the 2 nest balls help. However, I do understand that Garbodor is a huge problem for a deck like this. Especially because Toxapex is weak to it. I really like the wish baton idea though! Weavile might make that clunky though, especially since you're only running 1-1. It...

Standard Bubble Tails! [Kingdra / Ninetails]

I think it would be worth considering Ninetales GX as well since its easy to set up and you can bench snipe without discarding. Promo Tapu Koko is also an excellent option to slap 20 onto everything at once, making it easy for Kingdra to hit for 90!

Expanded Garbodor/Trevenant/Drampa GX(I wanted to show off my Rainbow Rare)

Im not sure why you have floatstone if you plan on using Altar of the Moone anyways. You should be perfectly fine with just the stadium. Since this is expanded it wouldn't hurt to also toss in Oricorio with spiritual dance to punish decks such as Vespiquen and night march. You have very little...

Standard Toxapex / Seviper Poison Box Ideas - POST BUS

Do you have any Tapu LeLe GX you could run? It wouldn't be a bad idea to have to help you get bridgette fast. If you can run Lele, id also run Skull Grunt. In the case your opponent makes you go first you can punish them by getting rid of any energy they started with. Most cases I end up getting...

    Standard Nightmare mode (Lycaroc GX/Absol)

I wasn't calling you a starter :p Was simply saying that's where I would start when it comes to tweeking the deck. if you feel it doesn't need VS Seeker at all, toss the one and find a way to fit in some Random Receivers. You want to make it easy to find your hand refreshers. Stand In is an...

    Standard Nightmare mode (Lycaroc GX/Absol)

It really depends on if he's got more VS Seeker to use. If he can run 4, I absolutely agree and in which case, I think midday Lycanroc is a much better idea. If he doesn't have more, he should toss VS Seeker all together for Random Receiver and toss Kukui and Lysandre to make the card more...

    Standard Wishiwashi GX/Golduck

I've seen this deck on the rise at my local card shop and can definitely confirm it works fairly well. Decks like this are usually best with a main focus. I know Wishiwashi GX was a major point of your deck, but without the expanded format to help you out with Deluge Blastoise, it's incredibly...

    Standard Nightmare mode (Lycaroc GX/Absol)

Do you own any more VS. Seeker? For starters, it would be a good idea to run more of those. If not, Random Receiver is typically a good replacement card. Since Lycanroc GX is the main strategy, you could replace Lysandre and a couple other things for Devolution Spray to spam the ability. If...

Standard Toxapex / Seviper Poison Box Ideas - POST BUS

Since you're using a lot of bench warmers, it wouldn't hurt to run 2 or 3 Nest Balls and a Bridgette to help set up your bench quickly with what you need. I also think Random Receiver would be a must have if you're going to run this in Standard. The standard toxapex should also probably hit the...

    Standard PostRotation Raichu GX/Raikou

I've been in the process of building up a deck surrounding Raichu GX and Raikou -- abusing Raikou's ability to hit harder for each electric energy on it and Raichu GX's ability to hit harder for EVERY electric energy on my side the field. This makes Raikou a powerful backup attacker while losing...

News August's English TCG Set: 'Burning Shadows'

It's the fact that they came out before said set. Usually we get tins and boxes for already popular cards to make them easier to get. I assumed this would be a similar case to, say Mega Sharpedo or Mega mawile, where the only way to get it is the box. But yes, it is my fault. Especially since I...

News August's English TCG Set: 'Burning Shadows'

WOW. The fact Bulu and Lycanroc are being printed in this set makes me LIVID. I wasted 60 dollars on bulu tins and another 60 on Lycanroc boxes thinking it would be the only way I could ever get them.

Discussion Charizard GX Houndoom EX Rhyperior Mill Deck

Charizard and Houndoom alone are a very nasty combo. Running Delinquent to punish any stadiums put in play would also do excellent since you could control their hand size. I also would suggest running Tapu Lele + Skull Grunt so you can disable their energy ASAP if you go first.

Standard Post Rotation Tapu Bulu GX/Vikavolt

If you can ensure an energy in your hand every turn, the combo you mentioned is already excellent. Otherwise, Venusaur from Shining Legends + Vikavolt means even without an energy in your hand you can have Bulu set up every single turn and slam out the extra damage. Similarly, float stones with...

    Standard SuMo Sharpedo/Alola Dugtrio

The new standard honestly has me super excited. I'm glad to see the game slow down by removing many staples from the environment. It feels like decks will be more unique. Sharpedo was the first deck I made for competitive play and it faired pretty well. But now I am losing options like Repeat...
