Has anyone had luck with a deck centered around energy removal, basically TDK, but with hammers and flare grunt? It seems possible with the recent cards, however I'm not sure how it can stand against acceleration such as rayboar or Stoke charizard.

RE: Latias/Sigi/Golurk I was hoping to attach it to Golurk so it cans stand against Plasma EXs, from what I've seen they get quite a bit of play. I don't want to lose 4 energy to retreat to my safe sigi if they're also running Mega evolutions.

Trevenant control, stalling with hammers and grunts. Also limiting the hand with red card. I'm a bit out of the loop but is there a good pokemon that discards to combo with red card?

The trainers are really catching my eye. Team flare grunt and red card, cards like that give off the feel of a chaotic-control type deck to be built.

I wish the Mega evolution would take up a whole turn. Just have the draw phase. That's a flaw I feel in the tcg, typing really doesn't mean anything in the game. Only examples I can think of are fire discarding energy and steel milling cards.

I had a hard time finding it, but to activate streetpass touch the holo caster button under the PSS. I got 4 streetpasses today from people playing XY, but didn't have it activated for the game >_<
