    OK, this is how it usually plays out (against any non-Donphan/Reshiram decks)... Set up a Kingdra and Bouffalant T2. Set up more Kingdra and spray splash, usually 2 extra per turn.     The strategy is to attack with Kingdra until it is killed, then return KO and repeat for the rest of the game. Eventually they will not be able to kill Kingdra, and it will just finish off the job. Against Donphan and Reshiram you just use Steam Pump Kingdra.
