I've been playing a Giratina/Malamar spell tag deck with Giratina as the main attacker. It matches up well with meta decks, but struggles with Steelix.

Skyla is improved with Volkner. Heavy Ball is not comparable to timer ball. Heavy ball is automatic and timer ball relies on flips. I miss Heavy ball Brigette can be replaced with Fan club, Apricot Maker, or possibly Olivia

I love Metagross-GX/Solgaleo-GX. I also throw in a Volkner (since Skyla was rotated out) to pull a rare candy when I need one. I haven't found a deck that works as well as the pre-rotation version, but will keep working on it.

I've tried teaming Noivern GX with Malamar, but haven't found the right card mix to make it work smoothly.

Weavile/Honchcrow/Shrine spread deck. Magneton/Dusk Mane Necroz deck.

Since Ray and Vika rely on Abilities, Weaville (both Standard versions) put the hurt on Rayqazza decks.

Spread decks are very good. They are strong against Malamar/Necrozma and Buzzwole/Lycanroc 2 of the tougher decks in Standard. It's Fairy-type Lele that makes Spread decks so good. The psychic was a French promo, and would be beneficial in spread decks against Buzzwole and Lucario decks...
