Snorunt/Glalie doesn't belong in Hoenn. It is, after all, a tropical region. That's not good for Ice-types. The Spheal line doesn't count because its partly Water-type. Regice is sleeping inside a cave for "millennium whatever."

It doesn't have to. Three of Lance's Pokemon already have a mega evolution. (Gyarados, Aerodactyl, and Charizard) Besides, Dragonite's already OPed, it doesn't really need a mega evolution...

Hoenn. Hoenn is a very beautiful region--it pretty much have everything. I had a great experience surfing the sea routes, fighting swimmers and looking for stuff and Pokemon underwater. It reminds me so much of my childhood, I really loved it. And now, I'm so ecstatic to try it out again in ORAS.
