Looks good now. Not sure if it's worth having in your translation, but the card does clarify that returning two cards from discard only triggers once per 2 copies of Time Puzzle.

Translation is wrong - the second effect only happens if you play two copies of Time Puzzle at once. The special wording at the bottom is not to say it only works once per game, but that you only get one "return 2 cards from discard to hand" effect per 2 copies of Time Puzzle

The Cresselia's attack is called "Moonlight Gain" and has text under it, so I would assume it has some type of effect.

Sorry to be the bearer of bad news but the Japanese does indeed limit the damage to attacks against the active Pokemon.
