hey all. my question is about the furious fist eevee with energy evolution and rainbow energy. if i place a rainbow energy on my eevee can i pull any evolution out of my deck? thanks

So i was playing tcgone.net just before and came up against someone who had 4 DCE and 3 Rainbow energies in his deck. I thought the ruling was only 4 special energy in your deck, but was told its 4 of a each type of special energy? Just wanting to know if this is correct? Thanks :D
