You are partially right though. It's very difficult to fit any of the sleeved cards back to back into these binders, meaning your ultra rares will be sleeveless, or you won't be able to fit every card in due to not being able to put ultra rares back to back. These binders promote "Bad Binder...

I have zero strong feelings about this! I like seeing Paldea evolved packs though, and the fact that the erasers aren’t Pokémon that are used to the point of exhaustion is great! Thank goodness it’s not a Pikachu or Eevee eraser.
