I caught Zapdos and Articuno, but i'm having trouble lvling them up. I keep getting stuck on Lance (dragons are hard to beat when there only is one- and its very hard to get dragonair up to lvl 60). I'm also having trouble with Lorelei's Jynx. What is the best way to lvl up strong pokemon...

unfortunately people, i havent beat the elite four, and sludge bomb is unavailable unless you beat the elit four and gain access to 4-7 islands any other suggestions? thnx
