About the Lostgar matchup, yes it is horrible, but Lostgar is so uncommon that it really can't be considered a threat. Also, Lostgar has pretty bad matchups to all sorts of stuff nowdays...

If you're planning on leaving up Skarmory to give the opponent the first prize, you can play Twins to grab whatever you need. More Catchers are nice in order to throw two or three to Scizor so you can hit for little energy. More hand refresh cards would really help this deck as well. -1...

I think Emboar and Energy Retrieval/Fisherman is better because it's 1 pokemon and you can powerup a RDL from your hand to your active in a single turn, as well as keeping your high HP.
