Well, Cessation Crystal IMO has a horrible name, but the effects are good. It would work well in a deck with no Pokepowers or Pokebodies (Rai-eggs)

this card can be lethal early on. However Pokemon that poison or use Pokepowers/ pokebodies to damge pokemon will murder this guy. all in all he's a good card to build a deck around (even if Armaldo Ex+ Crystal Shard can OHKO him)

it would be nice to post like who is in the top whatever and what they are playing. it would seem kind of hopeless to try and see EVERYONE's record and deck.

well, this card has seen alot of action (Burning Liability) and is good on its own as well, being able to stall your opponents with Flickering Flames until he has enough damage on him to OHKO somtin.

in theory its a good card, but there are WAY too many ways to counter him. Paralysys, Sleep, Pow! etc. and if he is swapped out then there goes that 120 damage, because unless he's in a multiple energy attachment deck, u gotta use the NRG to retreat the pokemon. Unless there is a 0 retreat cost.

why would you use sunflora AND venusaur? vensuar just REPLACES sunflora. one of my friends at my league tryed a deck with this guy and Aerodactyl. seems to work pretty well.

i used to have a deck with this guy. You need to set up REALLY fast. it loses to most T2 decks and other decks that can bench hit.
