There is no list. I had created one for myself personally for the Sun & Moon era ones, but that got lost on my old laptop.

No they don't usually all make it over.

Thanks, went to check. 13 of the SM Gym Promos didn't make it over.

The 2 you mentioned being the only ones that were new cards, the other 11 were reprints.
