“Astral Radiance” Next English TCG Set

I never liked their original designs and I happen to like their new forms because they resemble something and not random shapes with a very lose theme.

That was always my issue with these two. Name one aspect in EITHER of their designs that signifies they control time and space. The closest thing I can think of is Dialga's tail kinda looking like the top of a clock. Also, why is Palkia a Water type??? Why? He's just a dragon..They're so weird.
