Why they stopped making the UPCs like the Celebrations and Charizard ones I have no clue, they were good quality, decorative, and reusable for storage with the 3 pull out compartments. Then for some reason the 151 UPC was literally just all thrown into a box with a flap and a giant sleeve to hold it shut and unless you kept it sealed it loses all appeal why that's the direction they went and seem to keep going with them who knows, maybe they just got hyped with the anniversary one and it actually being a limited edition item, not easily obtainable, and when the zard didn't do as well as they wanted and they put the quality into it for nothing and were forced to mass produce it they just said screw it and didn't put as much effort into the 151so they wouldn't loose as much on sales as the zard
