There’s your problem, online stores have always had problems to certain extent thanks to the prevalence of shopper bots buying out stock. The only places I’ve seen it handled “well” are Costco (where they actually limit you to two products per 24-hour instance) and, to a lesser extent due to requiring you to be there the minute it goes up, Target.

Heck, most of the Best Buys in SoCal are consistently sold out of product due to one person running their bot on the site and buying out any pick-up options available.

That seems fair, you are alllowed to buy stuff for opening and completing a collection. It’s mainly those who buy in hordes and keep them sealed or scalp them

Yes. Japan got nine Professor's Research and Blackbelt prints, one for each region so people could choose their favorite, and it's only fair that the rest of the world get all those options too.
I only wish all of them had been released in Prismatic Evolution, since the main set was super small anyways, and since now only about half of them will have that beautiful textured Poké Ball foil as an option.

There are so many odd things when it comes to "investor buyers" and scalpers, because they are very open about being this bad of a person. I am a TO for a couple stores, but I don't actually work for the stores so if I were to try product from them I get the 3 times msrp as well. But I got this phone call the other day asking about the prerelease, and asked if they could just buy boxes and kits, and I gave him the run down of how it works, and telling him no. He then kind of acts sad saying that he really needs it and if there is anything I can do, maybe buy the left over kits and packs. I again told him no, and if any kits are leftover the store will sell them on the 24th. He must have caught on that I didn't work for the store because he was trying to sell me stuff then. I have had smaller interaction with dudes trying to sell stuff outside card shops after they just bought them from inside too, but this caught me off guard. Its crazy to me how they are just open to this kind of stuff.

#170 Hop’s Wooloo & #186 Hop’s Zacian Ex are such beautiful cards. Definitly straight into the top.. 20 or so cards from the last few releases. I hope the Wooloo gets as such love as the Zacian. Different vibes, both excellent.
