“Scarlet & Violet” Prerelease Promos Revealed!

The prerelease promos for Scarlet & Violet have been revealed! They are Revavroom, Hawlucha, Pawmot, and Quaquaval. Each features new alternate art not seen in Japan yet.

You’ll be able to get these in the Scarlet & Violet Build & Battle Boxes and in the Build & Battle Stadium, which were revealed this morning. Scarlet & Violet officially releases on March 31st. Prerelease events will begin on March 18th.

Also Pawmot in pre release is very scary haha

I think these are like the best one prizers of the set.

Dondozo probably outclasses quaquaval. But quaquaval is like fifth or 6th best

I don't recall a base set having such insane art since like what, HGSS? Really excited for this gen is the regular holos are going to look this nice

Continuing the good trend of having useful Ability Pokemon as promos, which also makes them more affordable and easier to get for beginners.

I really like all the cards that were chosen to be promos. All the abilities are fairly simple, but all have potential to be powerful, and I think most or all of them are unique. That's what I like to see - reprinting abilities that we've seen relatively recently isn't as interesting to me.
