Yay more Meditite love. I was really rooting for Lapras SAR tho. There goes all our predictions when we say "they wouldve revealed them together" when talking about SARs and ARs of the same evolution line

So the Galvantula line is the "evo line that has illus rare" in a set. I thought we'll gonna break the chain already

Galvantula is a cool choice for an alt art, but the art is more or less a bit unimpressive. The texturing looks great, however. And the ARs for Meditite an Turtonator are funny and beautiful!

I also just realized this set has a turtle motif going on, with Terapagos, Turtonator, Drednaw, Carracosta, and arguably Lapras being a sea turtle + Nessie.

I love Galvantula but Lapras SAR would have been a better play to keep the old school fans from hating every S&V set and keep them emotionally invested. The SAR is also is a but flat looking. My spidey boi deserves a bit better, but it's still pretty nice. Overall excellent looking set.

Its in the style of the Ogerpon FA which makes it kinda dull for an SIR

That Turtonator looks pretty cute, I like that they didn't do the generic 'look at the turtle pokemon's shell!' pose, and it's doing something other than just standing there or spitting fire.
