Standard booster box is 30 packs of 5 cards for ~$40. Price per card is quite similar, although the pull rates are a bit better in Japanese. Especially IRs/ARs and regular ex are much easier to pull I think.

No one mentionned it, but the "reverse" cards in this set seems to be textured (take a close look at both the gible and terastal orb you will see the little ondulated things from textured cards)

If the cards in this set are due to be made of reprints, then I think we can safely say that only the new cards will become part of our Prismatic Evolution set when it gets released in the New Year.
