But the anime WAS a dogshit show, for like 90% of it's existence. And Jessie and James were a big part of the problem, taking up like half of an episode's runtime sometimes just bumbling about, trying to catch a Pikachu that likely wouldn't obey anyone other than Ash anyway. Not my fault if you don't prefer the new anime actually being watchable, and having shit taste.

Idk if there is a card we could try that interaction with rn. I feel itll just be like one single instance of 20 gets the plus 40 (so 160 total if you only target the aactive) but honestly dont know
I still feel that ultimately the Owner Pokemon mechanic is a failure, just due to the lack of card support for each type. Hop, N, and Cynthia for example have good/great cards in them, whether its quick evolution or damage up or shared attacks, but the limited pool of cards with the same label means these archetypes are just stuck with only a few good candidates for deck construction. Its gotten so bad that only the 'best' cards, such as Zoroark ex and Cleffairy ex, are being used as support lines for other decks and techs at best (ik Cleffairy isn't designed around a Lillie deck, but that also just shows a lack of cohesion for the set).
I have some high hopes for team rocket, and Ill eat dirt if it ends up becoming bdif, but some stuff still seems potentially limited in the card pool, or gimmicky.
If the TR sleep tool gets published with Mewtwo ex tho its gonna be a fun time.
