Obviously not an XY card, it refers to the Pokemon using it:s name. Origin Spore could be really powerful if you had a lot of Energy attached to Bulbasuar. Or if it were on Venusuar

As NameBlank mentioned, from BW-on, cards stopped using their own name. Additionally, 'each' should be used instead of 'every,' and remember to always use numbers instead of spelling them out.

For the wording, I'd use something like "Flip a coin for each [G] Energy attached to this Pokémon. For each heads, heal 10 damage from this Pokémon. Put 1 damage counter on the Defending Pokémon for each tails."

I originally had it capitalised, but comparing with some /French/ cards, only the first letter should have been capital. Guess the French do it different™. Glad to be back!
