I thought I could make a userbar for those who want.

I can make the ''type'' you want, just ask!

Note: I use normal pokemon Sprites

Very good, but I suggest putting a border around the userbar part, just to have some better effects and flow.

Nice userbars you have there. Can you make me one that says Ice Arceus? With Arceus on it with an ice plate not a normal plate. If its possible if its not then just put Arceus with a normal plate.

Looking pretty nice. Though is it possible for the colors going from Blue to light blue? Also can Arceus be the same color as Ice?

I would like one with a Glaceon and Umbreon on it and can it say Snow Storm then Also the Ice Bowl just Snow Sotrm Ice Bowl. I would like the colors to be Gray and blue.

I think you missed something out on the userbar I wanted the color of Arceus to be the color of Ice.
The color from blue to light blue is perfect good job on that.
