I doubt that. And even if it is banned, that will only be VGC, not online play. Unless of course something goes wrong and it CAN get Eviolite... in which case I'm just shivering.
@ Last 3 posts, as already said Eviolite DOES NOT WORK on AZs Floette.
Its not like Combee, the game treats it as a separate species from regular Floette, just like Spiky-eared Pichu, is not a regular Pichu that could evolve into Pikachu, but doesn't get a separate dex entry either.
But just wait for it to be distributed with Geomancy and Oblivion Wing. LOL

^That would be really cool... although seeing as Diancie will star with Xerneas and Yveltal in the next movie, maybe they'll do that with Diancie instead...
I personally hope they don't... I never liked signature moves being distributed via events (see the two Victini events from last Gen).
I'm looking forward to the event. I'm glad they decided to give it good stats so we can actually use it in battles. Since it doesn't evolve I'm pretty sure they gave it those stats to make it usable. Let's hope it won't really take 3000 years. 
Although.. knowing TPCi... that might just happen... >_>
