(1) BW3 Wigglytuff and Cubchoo [9/2]

I'm pretty sure that the Wigglytuff is a reprint of the one in Fossil.

If Beartic is still popular when these sets are released in English, I think people will run this Cubchoo over the other ones (Not that it really matters or anything :p).

Cubchoo will be the next BDIF

This is interesting to see a old mechanic like Round. I'm interested to see if there will be any other Pokemon that have Round (I'm almost positive there is).

i would go crazy over a 649+ card set. its like EVERY SINGLE PACK theres at least one card you dont have. i would really like to see some old school pokemon back. it would be the best

You mean Jungle? It's not an exact reprint by any means, but both do have attacks that put the opponent to sleep and rely on other Pokemon in play to do an attack.

Some more BW3 cards I see.

Well, Wigglytuff looks interesting. It seems like we may have a Round archetype deck coming soon. I mean, if Seismitoad is active, and you have 5 Pokemon on your bench, you can be hitting for 180 damage for just one DCE. It's crazy. Cubchoo, on the other hand, is bad. The EP versions of this card are better in that they have less retreat and better attacks.

I don't think collectors would like collecting a 649+ set....

But I do think Wigglytuff will be interesting.

For the hardcore players like most of the big collectors here have probably would not mind doing that XD. Anyway back on topic. The Wigglytuff looks like it will be a good card. I hope we pick up this card as well or at least get a jumbo version of it or if it becomes a promo here also XD.:)

I'm a collector and I would never want a set that big. You'd need like six or seven boxes just to get a complete set of cards... and that's not even counting Trainers or Energy cards.

I don't "get" Wigglytuff TBH. Other than being sitting on the Bench to power Seismitoad's Round, it's a low-rent Cinccino (or any other Do the Waver). If only Tympole had Round, or if the Jigglypuff in PD/HB has it, I think a Round deck would work a lot better since then you could put some Basics on the bench to power Round immediately just like DTW. Besides Seismitoad/Wigglytuff, the only other known Rounder is Palpitoad that has 80 HP and takes 3 Colorless to do 20x...

I also wouldn't be surprised if they bumped Wiggly up to rare status in the English version. Uncommon at best.

The Jigglypuff image in the Wigglytuff is actually different than the Sugimori artwork. It's like this for all evolution cards BW-on.

Oh yeah I can see that the Jigglypuff on the card is CG.

I thought the person I quoted thought it looked familiar because it was modeled after the Ken Sugimori art.

These cards are... ok.... Wigglytuff is good and will probably get its own deck... but cubchoo... that 3 retreat cost is horrible :(

I would love Jigglypuff to have Round attack. It is just what Seismitoad needs to be a nice deck. If not, having 4 stage 1 in your bench for 150 damage is a little hard :S
