Hey mister, ever heard of the saying "If you do not know any thing about the subject, don't talk about it."
It's not BDS's fault, it's POP's.(Pokemon Organizes play, not pokepop)
I know BDS personally and he is not lazy nor does he give stupid excuses.

Anyways, back on the topic of the ban.
What the ... (checks rules) heck does pop think they are doing.
Oh we want to make more money, so here you can't play any more JPN cards.
POP you should fix your boxes full of crud to being like JPN.
Why not make english cards the same quality of JPN?
JPN cards look better, shuffle easier and are easier to get.
That will make you more money than any banning foriegn cards would ever do....
 
This rubbed me the wrong way more than just a little bit (as I'd imagine with many other people).

(I've just sent POP a very 'friendly' email of greeting to get the point across)

i dont think they were banned cause people lose the translations.
imo, PUI noticed that most of the players were buying jpn boxes, since they come with 3 lv x and every pack has a holofoil.
it's way better to buy a jpn box than an english one.

also, the jpn theme deck is really cheap, and has 2 lv x.
pt2 has gallade 4 and infernape 4.
pt3 has charizard g and garchomp c .

now, my question is:

Pokémon is following the same way of yu-gi-oh?
no jpn cards are allowed cause they are too cheap and when PUI release these cards in north america the lv x's will be costing like $100?

I'm gonna quit cards if they ban Jap cards here. Seriously POP sucks. Yeah, go on like this and we'll boycott.

Yeah I don't like this. I don't understand why they would do this, unless it's just to irritate us, but yeah I'm quitting next year most likely because of this.

I Might as well trade my Azelf Lv. X while I'm ahead. :(

You know what really bites? The fact that they're not banning English cards ANYWHERE..even in Spain/France/Japan/whatever.

that's cause they are interested in money xP

i believe that PUI is responsable for all the cards in the western world, so its not of their interest to ban english cards in other countries.
just the jpn ones, which are cheaper
 
But doesn't PUSA get the money for them anyways? I mean, it's not like if I buy from Japan, PUSA gets no money at all, right?
 
im not sure about it, but i think that the company which prints the jpn cards doesnt send any money to PUSA.
i believe they are independent of each other.

the fact is that many players were buying jpn cards (im included xD) cause they are cheaper than the english ones (a jpn uxie was like $6 and the american was $20) and PUSA probably had a fall on its sells.

in my point of view, thats the only possible reason for this decision
 
Ok. We'll do this anyone who agrees with me. Change your signature or that tag under your name to something like ''PUSA went crazy over this. Eat up your own rules.'' like that. Then add along ''anyone who agrees change their sigs and join this petition.'' If there will be a boycott I'll be the first to go. Good luck, guys. Hope we make changes. Consumer decides.
 
PUSA must die. Everyone sign that petiton cause this is the dumbest thing since Yu-Gi-Oh! Stupid greed a***just like the banks. If they decide to do this at least make the rarities the same as in japan boxes as english ones.
