I know what you mean. Us Canadian's are always left out.

Darkrai in TRU! I got manaphy from there, I just hope that we get the canalave event but it will still be nice to get a darkrai in a cherish ball

I think this was done at Toys R Us because Toys R Us was the company most willing to partner up with Nintendo in these events. Toys R Us needs the extra publicity anyway, and it might actually work if Toys R Us could advertise about this better.
Wal-Mart would be a problem for me. This university town I'm at is politically radical, and a Wal-Mart is the last thing they'd want. People are already angry enough that there's a Target in a neighboring town. (I sometimes visit that Target; it's 14 miles away, but it's the closest place that sells Pokémon cards at an affordable price.) Back home where my family lives, the closest Wal-Mart's electronics section is run by these musclebound boom-box guys who promote the Grand Theft Auto games, sports titles, and whatnot and don't really care much for Nintendo. They'll never have a Pokémon event in there. Ever.

Im just wondering is this only U.S.A or will canada be able to get it there too?

Plus, if there is not an event for Darkrai in your country or where you live...you can buy Pokemon Ranger 2 Batonnage...to obtain Darkrai and 2 other promo Pokemon...they are.....
