What exactly was so good about the Phione and I agree the only Dialga that is good is the G.

Back then pokemon survived longer than one turn and phione could give you a nice speed advantage because you could set up faster then your opponent. It also gave you a way to get Claydol with Roseanne. Today everything dies T1 and starters are pointless

Dialga G is the best of the Dialga, granted, but the others have their perks. Except for Time Skip (Lv. X). You can't even combine that with Shiftry. Dialga-MD is draw support, and Dialga-DP/GE can devolve, which is a rather underestimated ability.

Still, Dialga G tops them all. But at least this one is at minimum feasible.

Not the best card (Promos never are except Promocroak), but the poster sounds cool, so I'll have to keep my eye out for this.

[The Reaver]

I guess it could be used in a deck with a three stage Metal line (Magnezone, Bastiodon, Metagross). It isn't too good outside of that, though.
