(1) 'Dragon Vault' Illegal for Regionals [9/27]

Wow what a weird way to announce a set XD. I can see the part about not allowing the cards now but will they add them for the future? Just curious in case someone else wonders about the same thing XD.:)

Well then, that's not too bad, seeing as Fast Ticket would be the only card played from this set that isn't a reprint, even then it isn't too good. All we really wanted to know is if Rayquaza could be played XP

(EXP. Share and Super Rod are also reprinted in Dragon Vault and will also be allowed, but no one really cares about them)
Well spoken.

All we really wanted to know is if Rayquaza could be played XP
...Am I the only one who remembers the Resh/Zek/Kyu EX tin promo debacle from last year? I am, aren't I?

WPM is a super pro.
Serebii confirmed.

They should've just released it everywhere at the same time (leaks can always happen, but that would just be handled the same as every leak).

But other than that, they should've IMO gone all the way and not allow any of the cards. After all, it's not exactly fair that some can get Rayquaza MUCH easier than others, while it's going to play an important role. There's always the possibility of buying it separately, which for many would be the best way to acquire it, but that doesn't change the fact that those with direct access to the packs still have an advantage.

This just means that TPCi needs to get their act together and time their releases better.

This is great news! Now I can get my hands on the Rayquaza I need without burning 50 dollars, and I won't get donked by n00bs running Fast Ticket!

/me is happy.

So ban the SR one too?

No, I of course meant only disallowing the Dragon's Vault one.

Wait, what?

But you said... "After all, it's not exactly fair that some can get Rayquaza MUCH easier than others, while it's going to play an important role."

You're against allowing cards which are are only accessible to some, and with the current price tag of SR Rayquaza I think it more than fits that category.

Read as: Everyone pay $30+ if you want Regular Rayquaza in yo' decks. lololol
People can go on the interwebz and just buy the Dragon Vault version.
