Also, I plan on testing this (on Sunday) by having my Tri-Attack Togekiss attack this pokemon on wifi

I will have togekiss attack 16 times with Tri Attack, since that is the most it can do in one battle, (without leppa berry which I might/might not use). I will probably go through all 16 pp more than once (3 or 4 times) and record and report back the results.
 
I hate beating this into the ground, but what if Kecleon Skill Swaps Color Change onto Infernape, and then you change Infernape's type? Is it possible to burn it then?
 
If you allow colour change then yes it is possible. But the original question, which had no problems with it and barred the use of Kecleon, barred the use of Colour Change

there is no frozen it the card game so it is the only one that is inposible in the card game.
