There's a rumor about a baby evolution of pinsir and heracross:

This doesn't help Mewtwo all that much, but another event distribution doesn't hurt him much either. Hurricane's interesting, and it really looks like they want people to use him in rain setups given Hurricane AND Thunder.

The more buzz that surrounds Mewtwo in the coming year, the better - would love to see fan buzz be the reason he's slotted for Smash 4.

Anyways, my post was at the competitive use. Hurricane is only good if you think ruining your coverage is a good idea.
