Wow. Now that GS Promos are being produced, who knows what'll happen? I'm speculating on the fact they won't be released, due to the reason HG/SS comes out tomorrow, and no one cares (but us) about the DP series anymore.

Yeah, I think they should be released eventually although they really should've came out before HG/SS IMO. They look like alright Promos.

I believe the reason why they did this is because the Arceus set won't be released in French but they will include all Arceus cards in the french version of Supreme Victors, so they probably are releasing these two cards as promos because they won't be in the SV french set together with the Arceus' cards but they want to release all cards related to Arceus in french.
