I expect 2 for 20 attacks on basics to be guaranteed after 7 years.
Cause we really need another Lillipup.

But yeah, good question. The resistence being -20 now was probably because -30 was too much, I guess...
As for the lack of it, I don't understand that either. Electrics don't have the metal resistance anymore too. I think all types should have a resistance in the TCG like in the games. It's kind of unfair that some have but others don't.

I agree... I also think the 30 resistance can work in some cases. Not EVERYONE has to be -30, but a certain type that is REALLY resistant to another type should, or if the pokemon has a certain ability. In the games, blitzle has that lightning rod thing, so perhaps he should be -30 resistant to electric
