(1) 'Nintendo Direct' Announces 'Pokemon AR Searcher' and 'Pokedex 3D Pro' [4/20]

Of course I'm joking. Dodrio's silhouette doesn't look a thing like Shoutmon's, which is what we're seeing.

Hands? It's the feather design. Like Ho-Oh.

http://pokemon.neoseeker.com/w/i/pokemon/f/f2/Ho-oh.jpg - Ho-Oh's feathers are separated.

Lugia - https://encrypted-tbn3.google.com/images?q=tbn:ANd9GcQh02bPKtAXZl4nmuMMwMuB1gkKR6B7H71Xoaxw-oFyZksXnIHq - now that's a bird with feathers.

I'm sticking to a known Pokemon seen from a different angle.

On the side of it's head it seems to have some sort of "spikes". I'm seeing the same thing on Unfeazant.

No, it isn't a feather design. Clearly you don't know what I'm referring to. Let me show you.

What I have circled. No Pokemon that have those bumps and that body shape exist. It isn't Unfezant.

Silly Pokebeach, it's obviously a mewtwo wearing a bird suit.

all joking aside, these look awesome. definitely getting the ar one.

I'm saying a lugia just because i looked all all the pokemon that it even looks somewhat close to, and lugia is the only thing i see being it

Actually, if you look at it in a certain way, IT STILL looks like Ho-Oh. It's tail could just be pointed upward, (Ho-Oh has been posed this way before) and I think there's another circle target on to of ot's feather, uh... "hair" thing on top of it's head. I'LL JUST CALL IT A CROWN. :p

What about Moltres? I know feathery wings don't really fit in with how it's generally depicted, but its Gen 1 sprites depict it with them <aside from Yellow's>, and its wing designs generally differ between games. The bulges make it less likely, but they could technically be round bits of flame protuding over the top of the wing. (Yeah, I know, it sounds unlikely, but there are NO Pokemon with bulges like that, so... This is still plausable enough considering.) Hmm... Actually, looking at its Gen 3 sprites, its wings could fit in with the bulges even without it being flames. Damn... It is really starting to look like a combination of Gen 1 and Gen 3 Moltres to me. >.>

How about a robotic version of some bird like Ho-oh or Lugia? It would explain it being slightly different from how it should look. If you can send it to your game then having a robotic Pokemon would be odd but we have seen a robotic Tyranitar and nobody really knows what the deal is with that. Its unlikely but at least possible, no?

That wouldn't really make too much sense, since that Ralts from the Screenshot wasn't in any way robotic... <=l

I'm not sure if this is sarcasm that's just too hard to distinguish or if this is just... oh well.
The robotic Tyranitar has something to do with the movie theatre thingy (it's supposed to be a Godzilla of Pokémon), it's not a new sort of Pokémon or anything.

And I have to laugh at the "aw now i want a 3DS" idea.

THIS makes you want a 3DS? Wow. A new Pokemon game sure wouldn't, but a stupid download from the eShop? Wow.

What makes you say a new Pokemon game wouldn't make someone want a 3DS? New Pokemon games are what made me buy my DS in the first place. Your post would make sense if there were any Pokemon games for 3DS, but, apparently you don't realize, there aren't.

Heh. The Pokedex 3D was one of the secondary reasons I got a 3DS, quite honestly. :p (The main one was Star Fox, however.) I'd have quite possibly considered postponing the purchase if it didn't exist. ;p

That's not a Pokémon game, its a pile of x.
I have a 3DS and I have not bought PRB.

I'm going to say that mystery Pokemon is Articuno. The thing on top of it's head could be it's tail up in the air. The only difference I can see is the bumps on the wings, but who knows? Maybe Articuno's design changed that tiny bit 4 generations later?
