(1) P!P Premiere Event Schedule to Change This Year: Two-Day Regionals? [8/21]

I just hope guys from TPCi will playtest a bit before allowing or not all Pokémon in the VGC (I guess that include Übers), unlike previous years...

I think this year they'll either allow all the Pokemon minus ubers, or all the Pokemon and ubers, which is a little more unlikely to happen.

In previous years, they've changed what's allowed almost every year, so I'm expecting a change to the rules or Pokemon allowed this year.
 
Hey, if anyone went to the VGCs, are they displayed on big screens? I'd like to watch one, but it's kind of hard to see when they're played on tiny DS and 3DS screens.
 
I would assume they would display top cut on TV's at the very least.

I can contact SoCal's PTO and try and find out for you. unless somebody already knows the answer

TPCi has done enough harm banning previous gen pokemon from VGC's despite that it helped everyone get used to the new Gen 5 Pokemon and their strategies. At least let all 649 Pokemon be legal for tournaments for the next VGC season so that we'll see more player turnouts cause the way it is in my area the player turnouts have shrinked drastically because of the Gen 5 Exclusive Rule. In the end nostalgia wins by a landslide, you can't beat nostalgia and TPCi should know that by now.

I wouldn't mind Uber Pokemon from previous Generations being legal for VGC's again like Darkrai, Deoxys, Celebi, and Shaymin. As much as I enjoy the Gen 5 Pokemon it'd be a nice change of pace to see the old Pokemon back in the VGC metagame again like in Gen 4 when players could still hook their DS's to Battle Revolution. That right there needs a sequel for Gen 5 however Nintendo and Game Freak are too preoccupied with other projects for the franchise so it's basically become a waiting game so to speak.

Battles were displayed on screens all day previous years, so that should not change next year imo.
 
2 what and for two days! I coulnt even make it to one any idea where it will be? also why november?

So there saying about how there will be 2 day's one dedicated to video game challanges and the other to TCG! Is the video game challanges there talking about the VGC's?
