If they implement this, I wonder how a personal hygiene thing would be ingame:
eg. you wash your face daily. If you forget, your character gets a spot. To get rid of the spot, you have to wash your face around 3 times in a day. However, if you forget to wash your face for a second day, spots multiply and get bigger.
You'd brush your teeth 2 times a day. If you didn't your character would get bad breath, meaning people you walk next to would turn away or something.
You can shower in every Pokemon Center. Obviously not on screen, but you'd get a message as you enter the shower room in a Pokemon Center saying 'would you like to shower?' if you pick yes, the screen would just black out for a couple seconds and your character would come out, maybe with wet hair or something.

No. This is Pokemon, not the sims.

I know it wouldn't happen, I'm just having fun speculation.

Nah. to me it looks like it has a white head and a leafs along the outside of its body, like Gogoat. Even Sunnyshore/Gin thinks so.

Nope, the animation thing for the Y side that looks like a spinning shadowy vortex thing.
I think it's the pre-evo, too.

It is! You can even see the little horns. :)

This. This screenshot. Out of everything announced in the past few months, this has probably got me most hyped. Something about a path in a new engine makes me giddy with anticipation of exploring the whole region. This feels like seeing RS for the first time.

Also, good job with the leaks, leaker-man. :p

It might be a gender difference.
How? It appears to be so much smaller than Gogoat.
Also, I keep wanting to capitalize the second part of that name. GoGoat.

Does it look like the walking would be linear again? Looking at the trailer, the character seems to be walking non-linearly if you get my drift.

Oh my god!
look at that 3D Pokeball in the corner :O

I want that open-world. I am incredibly hyped right now. Gogoat looks fantastic, and open-world movement combined with how fantastic the graphics look... Me gusta.

i wanted to say this for a long time but now's my chance..
Gogoat is the only Pokemon that can be mounted!
look at it when it the player is on it
there is a picture of it on the satchel the proofs that it is the only one that can be mounted.

I think it's really nifty that they designed the region to look like a star, and then divided the region to represent the order in which the colors go on the French flag. :)

On the pokedex screenshot, I believe the green pokemon you seen in the corner is a Maractus. And maybe Zigzagoon will take the place of the early game rodent for this game?
The region looks really cool, interested to see the inside of those caves. ;)

I'm disappointed that WPM isn't going to reveal the other information (or seems reluctant to). I was under the impression that he was going to tell us more if the English names were proved right, and now that's fallen through.

I understand trying to keep information to sustain web page views, but I want the other info now damnit!!

Or, perhaps, you are meant to lose the first battle as part of the story's beginning, and the game is programmed to always give your rival crits until you lose? If that were to be true I'd speculate we're getting another antagonist rival like in G/S/C, which would be great because Bianca and Cheren were annoyingly nice... Even Hugh was a bit too friendly to be a rival!

A pre-programmed first loss would actually be kind of cool, now that you mention it. It would set the tone for your relationship between you and your rival - that is, they're your rival. They one-upped you from the start, and you always have to keep trying to get the best of them.
I've found myself just being "meh" at many of the series' rivals, simply because they didn't give me a reason to want to fight them. Blue was good because he was ALWAYS one step ahead of you, and Silver was good because he was a jerk. The rest, though... Just kinda felt like yet another trainer. Though Hugh's battle theme is one of the best I've ever heard.

I personally liked the new rivals, a rival isn't just a jerk trying to beat you to something, a rival is someone you share a bond with and compete to better each other.
Having said that Gary was fine, but Silver and Paul really grind my Klinklangs
