A-anyways that aside, I actually like this legendary.. which is why I'm angry. I strongly dislike that pokemon are event only. I mean, I wanted Zorua to be catchable in the wild! And then, no. And now this one isn't either. Oh well, I'll just get it from some random person online..

Both male and female reptiles have a "line". Their genitalia are on the inside. ;) But I guess it's just a random line.

And yes, :D the little otter teeth are adorable!
 
At first I thought that this "legendary" was going the be the Isshu rat pokemon evolution. I don't think it will be very strong or useful. Maybe it will be the first evolving legendary?

I seriously have never liked the common acceptence that "Maboroshi no pokemon"="Phantom pokemon", because it creates confusion like the post above!

It's phantom in the sense that it's "Elusive" and neither "here-nor-there" as it can not be caught normally in the game. "Elusive Pokemon" or "Secret Pokemon" is a much better translation I think!

Also a poster on Pokejungle made an awesome discovery about the "liberty ticket" making reference to the word "Victory" in Vikutini's name. This would also help the cause for Isshu being based on New York.

It's just a commonly accepted misleading translation of the word "Moboroshi".

I was waiting for that theory to arise.
As a translator I believe the "tini' in its name is a mere coincidence and shouldn't be interpreted as the word "tiny". If it sounds good and has a ring to it from a Japanese point of view, that's enough reason for it to be a name.
 
If someone hasn't posted this yet, I obviously think its gonna have its own movie... Like Manaphy, Shaymin, etc.

That's my point. At first I thought it was leaked info, then I thought "nah, too soon". But I was leaked, well not leaked, preview info afterall.

That wouldn't make sense because Normal attacks aren't effective on Ghost Type Pokemon. Then again, there could be a loophole or something.
