Call me gullible, but I see no reason to disbelieve this. As WPM has repeatedly said, this information comes from a reliable source of insider info, and none of it seems especially outlandish to me.

As a somewhat veteran member of the online Pokémon community, I know what fake info looks like. I'm actually going to be more surprised if most of what's here isn't true.
 
Well, Politoed. I also part of Pokebeach for many years have to say that most of the information should be true. I don't know what the trick is here but false information is pretty rare.

And Ponyta's eyes are essentially coal. I'm not sure why Shimama should have those, I think his current one's give him more personality as an electric-type.

The reason why I think Shimama should have Ponyta-like eyes is because horses and zebras are related and I think Ponyta's eyes are very similar to real horses' eyes...

Generation V's designs are complex, Porygon-Z was Porygon2's body parts rearranged, nothing added or removed cherrim looked so stupid, Combee was too. Rotom was weird looking until Platinum.
 
Metalizard... Pokémon will only continue to grow. If this generation doesn't please than wait for the next one. Criticizing Pokémon won't do anything. No offense, but your thoughts can't reach GameFreak.

That's true but still, Pokemon is about exaggerating characteristics of real-life animals. I love the colors of his eyes, personally, and I think it represents his electric-typing well.

Exactly. Many people had mixed opinions before gen IV came out. Some thought the Pokemon looked stupid while many people liked it. Now Gen V is coming out and people are doing the same thing. Your not a fan when you criticize something
 
I signed up for these forums to make a simple point I'm surprised that noone has considered yet.

"Minotauros" sure as hell isn't a Japanese name, now is it? As far as I can tell, the new English names have not been created yet. So why, if this guy is legitimate, would he call it "Minotauros" and claim it to be the right name without even claiming he calls it that himself or made it up?

Come on, guys.

Though, I would not be surprised if some--if not most--of the information is correct.

yeah, I know but I just felt disappointed when I saw them cuz they look ugly to me... I mean, when gen 4 pokémon came out, I liked them all with the only exception of Shaymin...

But Ponyta looks like a real horse even with all that fire on it but Shimama looks like a person zebra with those large, oval eyes to me...
