(1) September Gym Challenge Promos - New Wartortle and Flygon [8/29]

Why don't we ever get cool cards like that as our league promos?

Because TPCi likes sticking them in our sets to make them bad.

I also can't wait to see what the sleeves are gonna look like. Hopefully they're as cool as the Bellosom and Darkrai sleeves.

Gym challenges have been going for over month now, the sleeves are still bellosom.
 
The cards look pretty cool. Why are they reprinting former cards as promos? I know they have done this in the past but I never knew why. Like with the Mc Donald's cards in a way. Those were reprints too but why do they do this? Do they need more money or something?:)
