Lets see... No dynomotor eelektrik... nobody cares of the cards...
G-Booster: Meh. Won't see THAT much play.
G-scope: 100 damage to any pokemon? Notice this: The weakness, resistance, etc. is still allowed!
Master ball: Looks epic, but, possibly a meta card

For the most part none of these cards are very promising. The whole Ace Spec tool thing has never appealed to me. We have powerful cards like Computer Search and Dowsing Machine as are best Ace Specs so far and passing up those for a card that can easily be dealt with isn't all that good. I'll be open minded and say that the Genesect tools could see some play but as of now I'm not very convinced. As for Master Ball...no, why would I ever want to play that over Computer Search?

You don't have to discard 2 cards, and lets be honest, if your deck is made right, when the hell would you ever use Computer Search on anything besides an EX, Stage 2, or the occasional supporter?
Genesect will be in every fun/league deck that isn't GarTaria or ReshiBoar because of those Tools.

Needs energy acceleration.
The problem with Genesect is that you'll need to waste your ACE SPEC. If they give Genesect Grass energy acceleration (better if it is easy to get more than two) it would be BDIF. Just use G-Booster and spam it. Its normal attack (Megalo Cannon) is also pretty decent.
I was hoping for Master Ball to come.
Shamin EX (land) HP 110
Ability:
When you put Shaymin-EX from your hand into your bench, you may discard the top 2 cards from your deck, if you do, attach 1 basic grass energy from your hand to one of your Beched Pokemon.
Needs energy acceleration.
The problem with Genesect is that you'll need to waste your ACE SPEC. If they give Genesect Grass energy acceleration (better if it is easy to get more than two) it would be BDIF. Just use G-Booster and spam it. Its normal attack (Megalo Cannon) is also pretty decent.

Master Ball is totally balls (puns :3). Computer Search is so much better, since the discard really isn't that bad in a lot of decks. Heck, Ultra Ball is a better card in Darkrai EX and Thundurus EX decks. Plasma Ball is also equal to it in a lot of decks.
Everything else sucks. Time to wait for the full set list.

Only thing I could see working for genesect is victini ex as a starter to get it set up and then etherdexing. The tool could work nicely for a surprise skyla KO. On the other hand there are much better ace spec cards to worry about, but who knows, tool scrapper isn't seeing a lot of play lately from what I've encountered.
