All of the "forms" are registered as "forme" so they can register those Pokemon with that title. Deoxys Attack Forme, Giratina Another Forme, Shaymin Land Forme, etc.

So they can trademark something like "Deoxys Defense Forme" but they can't trademark "Deoxys Defense Form"? I don't see the logic of that, considering they've trademarked stuff like "Mr. Mime" before (and Nintendo never took any action with the Powerpuff Girls villain of the same name).
yes, there may be rodents bigger than Shaymin's sky forme but not the actual rat species. oh indeed i know it was sarcasm but still. look at Pokémon like Mew and Manaphy. They are small but are uber. so i don't see how Shaymin's small size has anything to do with its power. just wait until its stats and attacks are revealed before your before you bash it.
